Item Description
A odd little oval wooden games board, possibly cribbage related or marble. The board has an anchor with initials carved into it, thus giving us the impression it was a sailors personalised board.
A very simple graphic coiled snake with multiple holes either side running along the snake, a larger central hole. Numbers also run along the snake, assuming those are points scored.
Anywho an interesting and decorative piece of social history. Early part of the 20th century in age, French in origins
