An antique marble relief roundel of a young child’s head in right-facing profile within an oak frame circa 1800. Dating from the Georgian era, this antique marble plaque tells the story of an early 19th century artisan, the profile exquisitely handcarved into statuary white marble. Features a chain for mounting to a wall.
CONDITION REPORT
Good structural condition. Slight discolouration to the hair area. There is an old repair to the right side.
