This circa 1880 antique wrought iron fire basket and dogs is beautifully handcrafted, sitting in pride of place at the heart of any fireplace in a Victorian townhouse or Georgian style property. It has stood the test of time for more than 140 years, detailed with unique hand-worked irregularities that are a testament to its superb wrought iron craftsmanship. Highly decorative, the central arched fire basket is ornately decorated with intricate scrolling and turned finials between a pair of equally as elaborate fire dogs, bringing beauty and grandeur to any setting.
