A decorative antique limestone fragment, reclaimed from a church in Shropshire.
Dating from the mid 19th century, this carved stone fragment would've once formed part of a church arcade.
It is elaborately hand carved with a partial quatrefoil pattern, offering a glimpse into English architecture of the Victorian era.
CONDITION REPORT
Good structural condition. Historic repair to the right of centre. Further historic staple repair to the back. Carved one side only; the reverse side is smooth.
