Vagabond Antiques was founded by Joe Chaffer in 2015.  From an early age Joe was surrounded by his mothers love for all things antique, with her being an antiques dealer for 30 years, Joe certainly has antique dealing in his blood.

After a 15 year career in London with various Men's fashion brands and after taking the lead on multiple projects which incorporated using antique items to create bespoke shop-fit's for menswear concessions, Joe really got the taste for using decorative antiques to create unique interiors.

Joe's focus is now solely on finding beautiful and intriguing items for the home and garden.

Vagabond opened it's first shop in July 2017 in Fittleworth Village, West Sussex, just a 5 minute drive from the well established 'antique' market town of Petworth and close to the historic town of Arundel.

Today Vagabond is in it's second showroom at Market Square, Petworth, West Sussex GU28 0AH. It is has wrap around floor to ceiling windows, private parking and is the perfect space to show you our luxury range of often unique items for the home and garden. Opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10.30am to 5.00pm. Wednesday is by appointment only and Sunday is 11.00am to 4.00pm.
