Item Description

A good looking stoneware salt glazed drug jar emblazoned with a Royal Coat of Arms and a gilt banner sign written Conf. Sennae. Flanking all of this are two recumbent lions beneath the Prince of Wales feathers. Retaining the original blacked tin lid; hairline crack beneath extending into the left hand side.
English circa 1825.
