Item Description
A charming set of two late 19th-century to early 20th-century golden oak index card filing cabinets features nine drawers each. These cabinets are beautifully crafted and in excellent original condition. The chests & drawers are constructed with dovetail joints, allowing them to slide in and out smoothly, and are equipped with matching brass handles on the exterior.
Originally used as filing cabinets in the 19th century, these pieces are of wonderful quality and exhibit a rich, deep patina that enhances their visual appeal. Not only do they look fantastic on display in a home, but they are also practical items ideal for use in a shop, hotel, café, or office.
The early timbers showcase a deep golden colour and patination, making these cabinets a rare find. They serve as bold and decorative statement pieces suitable for a variety of interior styles.
