Item Description
An delightful and rare cast iron model of a stylised Dachshund dog originally a boot scraper from the early to mid 20th century. It has now been mounted onto an iron base so that it is freestanding.
Crisply cast, with fun elements such as the oversize collar and exaggerated head features, make this a quite unique piece. The head and some other smaller areas, displaying remnants of the old paint decoration and in great original condition.
