Item Description
A really fun focal point piece for the garden or for your collection of sculpture indoors.
A large scale cast iron model of a leaping Frog standing on a rock. Lovely detail and weathering and in overall very good condition with many traces of the original verdigris colour paint decoration.
Would of course look quite at home in the middle of a pond, or on the edge, but equally stood atop a pedestal in the middle of a lawn, near some steps or as a quirky statement piece in your interior.
Standing solid to it's base, it is completely freestanding. Circa 1930s.
