Item Description
Large mid 20th.c. extending draw leaf refectory style dining table c.1960. Superb oak parquetry veneered top within solid oak edges. Extending from 70" with matching leaves drawing from each to make a table of 117" total length to seat 12 people. On an unusual base with shapely ends also in oak carved with acanthus leaves and large paw feet. The ends are joined with a decorative scrolling wrought iron stretcher which is also fixed at the centre below the table for extra strength. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
