Item Description
Regency era bow front mahogany corner cupboard c.1830. Two door cupboard fitted inside with three shelves (max internal depth 17"), plus a small drawer in the base (plus two dummt drawer fronts). Flared and rosewood crossbanded cornice over a decorative frieze featuring inlaid marquetry shell motifs within beautiful inlaid borders. Particularly well figured and symmetrically arranged flame mahogany veneers to the doors with inlaid bone escutcheons and a moulded brass trim to the centre. Flanked with fine inlaid detail running up the sides of the cupboard. Further inlaid strung edges to the drawer fronts. Original green painted interior and original lock. Very good colour an condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
