Circa 1780 Rare pair of marquetry inlaid George III demi-lune foldover tables. The tops with cross banding, boxwood and ebony inlay with large inlaid satinwood shells behind swags off bellflower chains opening to polished teat table or games interior. The frieze with crossbanded cockbeaded drawers with original swan neck brass handles flanked by 2 faux drawers. All supported on tapering legs with shell inlaid capitals and inlaid tapering feet. Lovely colour and patina and in excellent condition.
