19th Century American Painted Shaker Blanket Chest

An original shaker blanket chest from the USA.
It has its original barn red paint with combed decoration.
The hinges are stamped "Stanley Works USA".
The chest stands on very large bracket feet with extended stiles behind to keep the chest from wet or damp floors.
