Item Description
Mid century Danish set of four solid rosewood dining chairs with black textured vinyl seating by Saxkjøbing Savvaerk. Circa 1960. Stamped: SAX Made In Denmark.
The chairs are beautifully crafted, with through tenons to the top rail. They have been well looked after, and are in excellent original condition. The rosewood has been waxed. There is a very slight knock to note to the top edge of one chair (photo 13) and a minimal nick to the seating to the back edge as shown in photograph number 16.
Very well made, solid and sturdy construction.
The Danish rosewood dining table is sold.
