Item Description
Just wow!! These cushions are were made in the middle of the last century and were purchased from the family of the woman who made them. They are hand embroidered on thick hand woven ivory coloured silk. The embroidery is done in dark blue cotton in the ottoman style and the edges are over-sewn with cute little tassels on the corners. I think these cushions are a work of art and should be treasured. They would be ideal on a bed and due to their size, just one would be enough as a statement. I have closed them using slip stitches as i think to put a zip in would ruin their appearance.
