Item Description
These cushions are made from a vintage Guatemalan huipil from the Nahuala region. The ground yarn is an indigo dyed cotton which is nicely faded and the decorative areas are a supplementary floating weft in pink with accents of off white, green and orange. I'm not sure what the yarn is, it may be synthetic but it's silk like and very pretty.
I've backed the cushions with an indigo dyed thick cotton and there are zip fasteners and feather pads.
