Item Description
These cushions are made from a vintage cotton textile from the Songjiang weaving district of Shanghai. It dates to the 1970/80s and is woven with hand spun cotton yarn in a beautiful tones of berry. The textile has a wonderful thick and slubby textile due to its handwoven nature and as a result the check pattern is also slightly off. It was impossible to match the pattern at the cushion seams but this is a characteristic of the nature of the textile and not a fault. There are zip fasteners and feather pads.
