Item Description
These pillows are made from an antique Zhuang wedding blanket. The wedding blanket was hand loomed in silk and cotton and coloured with natural dyes. The colours would have been pinks originally but the vegetable dyes oxidize over time to the lovely bonze and golds seen now. The pillows are backed with vintage hand loomed textiles and I've added tassels at the corners. They are stuffed with Provencal lavender selected for its long lasting scent. The pillows are too pretty to put in your woollens drawer so keep them on your coffee table and give them a scrunch when you need more scent.
