Item Description
This 19th-century Moroccan pottery Mokhfia bowl from Fez is decorated in a vibrant palette of blue, red, yellow, and green. Its decor showcases the popular turtle pattern radiating from a central rosette, together with circles and criss-cross patterns. The outer rim of the bowl features a dynamic wavy pattern. This glazed pottery bowl has a typical Mokhfia shape, with a piedouche, a large body and a tall edge.
Full of handmade textures, this fantastic piece would bring character displayed on a tabletop or hung on a wall thanks to the holes in the foot.
