Item Description
This is a pair of absolutely gorgeous antique French gilded wood carvings that were discovered recently in Avignon in the South of France. Dating from the 19th century they are created in the form of stunning floral wreaths held by a hand. Each carving measures about 23 x 16 x 3 cm or approximately 9 x 6 x 1 inches. They are in lovely antique condition with slightly distressed patina that in my opinion only enhances their true beauty and splendour today. They are exactly as I discovered them.
