Item Description
An antique English oval shaped fire basket, salvaged from a farmhouse in Devon. This fire basket has an unusual shaped basket supported on a pair of fire dogs with scroll finials and curved arched legs.
Dating from the late Georgian period, it is designed for both style and function, perfect for the fireplace of a traditional home.
CONDITION REPORT
Good structural condition. Light surface rust finish. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses, scuffs, and scratches.
