Item Description
A remarkable Arts & Crafts sideboard in Oak by renowned cabinet makers Shapland & Petter of Barnstaple c.1900.
The sideboard is in two pieces, with a display cabinet top with a flared cornice raised on a gallery. Both cupboards to the either side boasting 'bullseye' blown glass panels, retaining its original bevelled mirror panel centre its centre. The lower base is embellished with pierced heart motifs to each side, underneath two large drawers over four doors adorned with 'linen fold' carvings, accompanied by its original key.
