An early 20th Century hand carved English folk-art policeman whirligig figure. With natural wear and patina this figure would have once sat on a larger weathervane of sorts. The figure has been waxed at some point to protect the surface, it still has its original supporting nails under the feet to which it would have been attached to a larger form.
